Local candidate
To get seat under local to AP state how many years one has to study in the state of AP. I have studied from class 9th and 10th and Intermediate 2 years. Will i be considered as local or not

this councelling should nt be conducted because i have got 2391 rank bc-b i did nt get seat in svu.why this has happened i do nt know and even god doesnt know.
