President Obama's Press Conference at white house garden

American President Barack Obama was held a news conference on yesterday 23rd June, 2009 in the white house garden. In this conference president Obama focus on to three issues: Iran, the energy bill, and health care.

First President Obama spoke for Iran to reiterate the fundamental fact that Iran is a sovereign nation. And he also said "It is able to the Iranian people and the authority to reach a nonviolent and feasible solution to address Iranian people's desires and demands."

Rambling and costly plan to revamp the nation's health care system, as powerful interest groups cautiously react with both support and criticism was being asked by Obama to congress.

The President did not say more on the health care but that discussions continue, to dumping the position that people should have the option of choosing coverage from a government program.

He said, “we haven’t strained lines in the sand other than that reform has to control costs and that it has to provide relief to people who don't have health insurance or are underinsured,"

He said “we will discover the money during savings and efficiencies within the health care system and we will also guarantee that the reform we pass gets down the crushing cost of health care. We must control the skyrocket costs which are driving families, businesses and our government into better and better debt."
