When will you people stop?
The Bush's are not uncaring, not thoughtless, not insensitive. They don't spit in people's faces. Laura Bush is one of the kindest, classiest first ladies we've had. If you would calm yourselves down, quit listening to the "hating" in your heads for George Bush, and listen to Obama--he has actually said that, AND the same about MR BUSH. They have been MORE than helpful in the transition. Do you think the Obama's are going to buy TARGET dishes? These people are the leaders of the greatest country in the world! They are representing all of US to the world! They entertain kings and queens, presidents, heads of states, leaders from all over the world! Would you have liked it if the Bush's had entertained President Putin or the Pope or Queen Elizabeth on some cheep-o china set because it was "a wiser choice". Then you would have called them an embarrassment or hillbillies. You will NEVER be happy, no matter WHAT the Bush's do! Just realize every new president buys china. What cost $25,000 thirty years ago could be $90,000 today ! So there you are. There is one less thing for you to rant on George about. Your blood pressure can go down another notch. In fact why are you still ranting? He left office yesterday. Enough!

Another Bush Legacy....
They are obviously uncaring people. In these terrible economic time that money could have been spent much more wisely. Of course- there are no wise people in the White House right now. Obama says we need to pull together and make sacrifices- perhaps using the money more wisely could have been a starter. Of course- it is George and Laura isn't it.....

I think when 2.4 million people lose their jobs in a year there could be no greater tribute than to spend the annual salaries of 13 middle cl or 25 working cl citizens on dishes . Another banner moment for this incredibly thoughtless and insensitive administration to not only flaunt their disregard but then to spit in our faces . These people will go down in history - with Harding , Nixon, - well at least Nixon knew foreign policy . This has been a travesty . My prayers are with the new President , please God let him be the man he claims to.
