Union Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee tabled Railway Budget 2010-11 in Lok Shabha on Wednesday February 24.The highlight of railway budget 2010 is no increase in passenger fares and introduction of 54 new trains. Mamata Banerjee refereed her Indian Railways budget 2010 as "Budget for the Common Man" during her budget speech.
