The talk-show host has been taking a look back at his favorite moments from his show’s 16-season run when Conan O’Brien says goodbye to his Late Night this week O'Brien closed out his Late Night tenure on Friday; he's moving to Los Angeles to take over The Tonight Show starting in June.

Last night, Conan O’Brien payed homage to Rolling Stone royalty by re-airing his “unusual day” with literary legend Hunter S. Thompson.

I think he's probably smart enough to know that things like the Walker, Texas Ranger Lever and the Masturbating Bear might not work for the somewhat broader 11:30 p.m. audience, and I also think he'll be able to keep his own voice at the earlier time.
