Mumbai, Nov 27 (IANS) Two top police officials were killed while the chief of Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) was grievously injured as security forces took on terrorists in Mumbai following terror attacks late Wednesday night.
According to news 200+ people were killed and number of people got injured in Bombay Terrorists attack .
Additional Police Commissioner Ashok Kamte and Mumbai Police 'encounter specialist' Vijay Salaskar were killed in gun battles following series of attacks in India's financial capital, police officials said.

Who has allowed three top
Who has allowed three top most police officers, Kirkare, Salaskar and Kamte, to travel together in a single vehicle unprotected? Normally, in such circumstances the three top officials should have ensured that they are in different spots and not together. Also, the head of the Anti-Terrorism Squad Karkare was shot while sitting in an unprotected vehicle, and not during a gun fight. This also, shows the vulnerability of the the head of the Squad, who was shot dead by a wandering terrorist!!! This all shows the poverty of preparedness of our force. Let us all be well prepared and well trained, at least to the level of those terrorists who attacked Mumbai. Look how much home work they did. Had our forces done half the homework, the casuality could have been reduced by half, if not fully. Everyone must try to learn from this and strengthen our security forces and itelligence set-up to international level. OK??

why do politicians have security when people don't
it is so shameful and surprizing that we indian people elect these politicians pay tax to give salaries to them so they do development and mantain security in the country. but from our money that government gets as taxes and bills etc we get nothing. rather these so called civil people and government people get bullet proof cars / security guards / everything that protects them and there family.
how can these coward people accept such favours and security when they know that the people that they rule are not secure.
i think that till the time the government secures every single citizen of india we should take away all these pleasures ans benefits from these coward politicians.
they cannot rule unless they have heart to come forward anf fight against any odd like our brave soldiers did. none of them had the guts to come at the taj or oberoi , where the terrorist were firing. these coward people were afraid to loose there life. if they want to rule they need to be fighters. we should choose only those people as politicians who have balls enough to stand in front of the enemy and save the country. not like they just let things happen and later resign saying my burden is over. really sad there is so much to say so much anger in each indian right now.....

My heart weeps for the lost Indian bravehearts. Let thousand corrupt politicians, whom I consider as sons of guns, die, because they are a burden on motherland, but we cannot sustain the sad demise of bravehearts like, karkar, saluske, kamte, unnikrishnan. They died when India needed them. I salute the bravehearts. I have decided to observe one-day fasting as a token of my respect for the lost army & police personnel.

It is the worst day in the history of Mumbai police department since its formation. It has lost its top cops & especially Vijay Salaskar, the diamond. It was Vijay Salaskar, because of whom we all Mumbaikars were living gangster free life. Now, it has become an open ground for all the gangsters since they do not have threat of Vijay Salaskar in their minds and the govt. is always after the votes of a particular community, to such an extent that they do not want any strict law and its execution against a particular community. We pay our sincere tribute to Vijay Salaskar & other cops, army/navy officials & other innocent civilians including foreigners who lost their lives in this cowardice attack.
