Top Commander Showed Bias Against Kargil War Officer: Tribunal

Armed Forces Tribunal found that the former army commander biased against Brigadier-General, who commanded some of the gains made in the Kargil conflict in 1999 and ordered that the official in question must take into account promoting conceptual.
