Steve Wozniak's Leaked iPhone T-shirt Funny photo

The patron saint of Apple computer engineers, Steve Wozniak, is smiling down on Gray Powell. In 1976, Apple was founded by Wozniak, Ronald Wayne and Steve Jobs. Wozniak was drinking a beer, staring into an iPhone and wearing a T-shirt, on which "I went drinking with Gray Powell and all I got was a lousy iPhone prototype," was written, he had captured his photo, recently.

Last month in the Redwood City, Calif.-bar, Powell, 27, who is famous Apple engineer, left behind the archetype of Apple's next-generation iPhone. This phone was scooped by some anonymous person and sold it to the blog, Gizmodo, for $5,000. On Friday 23rd April, 2010 CNET reported that Silicon Valley police are investigating. The loss of the phone and the consequent publishing of the device's features could cost Apple big money and has turned Gray Powell (Apple’s engineer) into a figure of mockery in some quarters by reality talker David Letterman.

Many Apple watchers feared that the career of Powell in the company was finished when news of the lost handset spread and Gizmodo identified Powell as the person who lost the phone. But in the earlier week, Robert Powell, Gray's father told CNET that his son may be okay at the company. It seems that, Wozniak is able to sympathize with Powell's plight, or at the least, he has compassion for him. Woz wrote to his friend Dan Sokol, "I'd laugh if the same thing were done to me.” Dan Sokol is an engineer and Wozniak's long-time friend. He is the one who forwarded the photos and an e-mail exchange between the two men to CNET.

"He sent the photos to his joke [e-mail] list," Sokol said in an interview. "I laughed for five minutes after looking at those pictures...I'm sure (Woz) has sympathy (for Powell). It could happen to anyone”. From his fellow engineers, Powell can be sure to anticipate to some good-natured teasing for a long time to come. Sokol said, "He will never ever live it down". "No matter what the circumstances were, he's the guy in the barrel, as they say. You might as well have some fun with it."
