Skylar Deleon Power Ranger Sentenced to Death

Skylar Deleon, a former star of the Power Rangers , has been given the death penalty for the brutal drowning murder an Arizona couple in 2004. Deleon and his accomplices tied the couple to an actor and threw them overboard into the Pacific Ocean off Southern California.

Skylar Deleon , teen actor in Power Rangers, presented to be interested in purchasing the yacht before killing them during a test cruise. After the event, Deleon and his wife Jennifer Henderson scrubbed the boat clean. The body of the couple, Tom and Jackie Hawks was never found. Deleon was also convicted in the 2003 killing of Jon Jarvi, an Anaheim man he met on a work furlough program.

The defense had pleased with jurors to help spare his client's life, arguing Deleon was abused by a drug dealing father and abandoned by his mother, leaving him predisposed to violence. Deleon's wife, Henderson, was sentenced to two terms of life in prison without parole.

Along with Skylar Deleon and his wife Jennifer Henderson, John Fitzgerald will be sentenced in a few weeks on May 1. Alonso Machain was named the accomplice in the bizarre killing case of Tom and Jackie Hawks. Myron Gardner, the fifth men involved in the case was released in March after four years in prison for putting Kennedy and Deleon together not knowing it was for a killing.
