Sessions Court in Chandigarh has rejected the plea of the SPS Rathore and extended his custody for eighteen years. Sessions Court today said in his ruling that the court rejects the petition filed by Rathore and based on the complaint made by the CBI and the victim's family extends Rathore prison for eighteen years. The ruling applies from today and Mr Rathore is taken directly into custody. Although he can appeal in the High Court, but only when he receives a copy of the verdict by the court, but it will require some time.
