On the afternoon of 18th May Roderick Anthony Burton II was recently shot and killed shortly after 3:00 pm near the La Cienga Boulevard access of the Beverly Center Shopping Mall in Beverly Hills, after a battle among a group of individuals broke out. Burton was in the mall with rapper D.J. Shabbazz when he was murdered, According to reporters. While Roderick Anthony Burton and another rapper, D.J. Shabbazz, were waiting in the La Cienaga Blvd. valet area at the large vend Westside mall. The shooting reportedly occurred through a group melee, maybe too involving a knife.
