Rabeca Rae Kemp, 18, of Mont Vernon, was killed in the hardware store called the Gas Pipe in Far North Dallas. Thursday suspects in the store and one of them started to shoot at December 30, Tuesday evening, 9 pm. He participated in the Gas Pipe with his girlfriend, who was not shot.
