Rancho Palos Verdes Fire Updates and Report

Rancho Palos Verdes fire started Wednesday in a canyon below a neighborhood park scorched nearly 100 acres and threatened 400 homes.
The fast moving wildfire has crested a ridge and is burning downhill towards neighborhoods, so authorities have decided to evacuate the area as soon the possible.

According to Captain Mike Brown of the Los Angeles County Fire Department "The fire is burning near Ocean Trails Drive and Palos Verdes Drive, near the Trump National Golf Club. The blaze started around 4:30 p.m. below Del Cerro Park."

Mancha said "No property damage or fatalities were reported. The fire burned 10 to 12 acres. There were no injuries".
