According to the NY Post, a grand jury voted to indict police officer Richard Kern for sodomizing a suspect with an expandable baton at a Brooklyn subway station.
Officer Kern arrested Michael Mineo on October 15 for smoking marijuana in the subway station. Mineo claimed that Officer Kern and two other officers forced him to the ground and one rammed something up his rectum. He was later hospitalized, suffering from rectal tearing.
I hope officer Kern gets to spend the rest of his life in prison with a 500lbs man who has been incarcerated for 30 years. Officer Kern, I hope you like the stick your new cellmate has waiting for YOUR rectum.
