Bobek was brought to New Jersey City from Florida for justice. She was dressed in green prison garb and she was seen on closed-circuit television from Hudson County jail as her lawyer, Sam DeLuca, appeased at Central Judicial Processing in New Jersey. If Bobek is found guilty then she could spend 10 years in jail and a $150,000 fine against the charges to her. She is being held in the jail with a $200,000 cash or bond bail. In 1995, Bobek had her most successful period in figure skating as she was the U.S. champion at that time and she won a bronze medal at the World Figure Skating Championships.
