Nathan Mathers DUI Arrest

Eminem's little brother Nathan Mathers was arrested early Wednesday morning for driving under the influence in the Detroit suburb of MAComb Township. The 23-year-old, who raps under the name of Nathan Kane was stopped by police in a suburb of Michigan city when charged with the offence.

Police and officers reportedly said that Nathan Mathers “immediately smelled intoxicants.” The star was released on personal bond and has been ordered to appear in court on May 7, 2009.

police said, Nathan’s blood-alcohol level was 0.16%, twice the 0.08% legal limit. He was charged with one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated his second alcohol-related offense this year.
