Matthew Broderick Car Accident InjuryMatthew Broderick, the actor was in stable condition at that time after a car crash near Enniskillen in which two women were killed on August 5th 1987.
Mr. Broderick is 25 years old, he starred in the film “War games”. In Neil simon’s Broadway play “Brighton Beach Memoirs” he won a Tony award for his performance. He and his friend, Jennifer Gray was traveling in Ireland, when his car and a vehicle carrying the two women collided. The victims were identified by the police as 60 years old Margaret Doherty and her 28 years old daughter Ann Gallagher both from Enniskillen, county Fermanagh. Mr. Broderick and Miss Gray were hospitalized in Erne hospital at Enniskillen. Miss Gray had minor injuries, so she was released soon. A hospital spokesman said that Mr. Broderick was in stable condition and his life was not in danger. |
