Lakshmi Gopakumar Filed against P J Joseph

On Monday former PWD minister of Kerala P J Joseph acquitted by The Chennai Sriperambathur District Magistrate Court. P J Joseph charged by Lakshmi Gopakumar as a television anchor with whom he misbehaved in flight in 2006.

Gopakumar had complained to the Chennai airport police about the misbehaving with her on board of Kingfisher Airlines flight from Chennai to Kochi Aug 3, 2006 by him. After that she filed against him about sexual harassment. But that time prosecution failed to prove his crime.

The kerala government had order to investigate this case to IG Sandhya who said that it was possible that such an act might have occurred on board. She also said that he extended his hand through the gap of the seat in front and touched the body of Ms Lakshmi Gopakumar and there was no any plan by victim with anybody as far as the incident was concerned.
