The 2010 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament take place at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this tournament involves 65 schools playing in a single-elimination tournament to determine the national champion. On March 27th 2010, East Regional (Syracuse, New York) Final match between West Virginia and Kentucky. West Virginia defeated Kentucky by 73-66 victory in the East Regional final Saturday night.
