Kent W. Clapp, CEO of Medical Mutual of Ohio, died along with his fiancee Tracy Turner , a Rock Hall and Cleveland Play House board member, when the small plane they chartered crashed into a mountainside in Puerto Rico on Wednesday.
The pilot, Ken Webster was also killed when the craft crashed in fog shrouded El Yunque mountain, 13 miles from San Juan, at 12:30 on Wednesday.
Kent W. Clapp had been chairman and CEO of Medical Mutual of Ohio since 1997. Tracy Turner, 40, an actor, who owns Turner Fashion companies, which was named Cleveland Play House board in July.
