Juan-Carlos Cruz is a celebrity chef on the Food Network. He hosts Calorie Commando and Take It Off on the network. On May 14th, 2010 he was arrested in Santa Monica, CA for soliciting a homeless person to commit a homicide on his behalf. According to California police, the former host of a Food Network show is accused of soliciting homeless people to commit a murder.
