On 100th anniversary of London’s Selfridges Store party “Not Fair” hitmaker met the former “Dynasty” star for the first time and people make a big rumours between them. Joan Collins quickly moved away, informing Lily Allen that she does not exchange kisses with strangers.
Lily Allen disccussing this matter in twitter and says that she was wanna just introduced to Joan Collins, shook her hand and went to kiss her on the cheek. She refuse to kissing rumour.

No, you can't blame Lily Allen for trying to be nice. Joan Collins is a fake, she's taken plenty of kisses from strangers. Lily Allen has been beaten up by the press for things she's never said or done. Point goes to Lily Allen, for trying to be nice. (and...because it's her birthday)
