Indian Express Train 'Derailed'

Fifteen coaches of Rajdhani Express travels between the capital Delhi and the city of Guwahati separated from the rails in Katihar district.

Officials said the train traffic at this busy route was canceled after the incident early Tuesday.
They said it was not clear what caused the derailment of the train.

November last year, eight coaches of a passenger train derailed in the eastern state of Jharkhand after Maoist rebels blew up a section of railroad track.

The Indian railway network involving millions of people daily, but has a poor security record.
