Home Ministry wants the Canadian High Commission to apologize, pull the comments and take action against officials responsible for such behavior. Canada denied a visa to a member of the Armed Forces Committee, which serves three brigadier generals, a retired lieutenant general and former IB chief's official on the grounds that their organizations have been active in the violence. A servant Intelligence Bureau officer, assigned to travel to Toronto for the Prime Minister's trip there next month, was refused a visa recently, but was later allowed to travel after protest from India. |
