Heidi Montag’s co-stars in The Hills have spoken out about her having 10 cosmetic surgery procedures in one day.Montag recently revealed her new body after having a boob job, liposuction and operations on her nose, eyebrows, neck and bum.

Heidi Montag was so adamant about feeling rhinoplasty and breast augmentation surgery, The Hills star apparently didn't care what the consequences were.   Montag explained she was "tormented" by others when she was younger for her "less than an A-cup" breast size and "huge" nose, and also felt "insecure" as she got older and wanted to be "intimate" with a guy.

Heidi Montag drastically changed her looks with a boob and nose job before she was even 21. And now that she's landed a Playboy cover, plastic Montag admits she's ready for more plastic surgery.

Heidi  Montag reserved the plastic surgeries secret from her family when she began her procedure on Nov. 20. The 23-year-old fair-haired, who was explained as pretty before she went under the knife, is married to her media-savvy former "The Hills" co-star, Spencer Pratt. The couple has been dubbed "Speidi." In addition to aesthetic reasons, Montag said her rhinoplasty also allows her to "breathe so much better" and added her "voice has cleared up too" after her extra nose cartilage was shaved.
