Heather Locklear was arrested Saturday for impaired passenger Santa Barbara.According police alcohol was not involved, but they perform tests to determine if Locklear was under the influence of drugs.
She WAS ran in the Santa Barbara area when she was pulled over by police. Apparently no alcohol was involved. Do some tests to determine if she was under the influence of drugs. They believe that she was unable to be under the influence of prescription drugs. |
