The bizarre news is that the families living in Gaffney are being targeted by a serial killer who killed five residents in three separate incidents for last six days in US. Recently The County Sheriff’s office of Cherokee has released a sketch of a man on Friday who has been named as serial killer and police has a strong believe that he is the person who is involve in the murder.

There are more than 54,000 residents in Gaffney at South Carolina and it is nearby from highway 85 easily. It is beautiful and quite place; residents were canceling their celebration of 4th July as five residents were killed by serial killer.

Kline Cash of 63 was the first victim who was gunned down in his living room on last Saturday June 27, 2009. Second victims Hazel Linder of 83 and her 50 year old daughter Gena Linder Parker were found shot to death on Wednesday, 1st July, 2009.

Newest victims were Stephen Tyler of 45 and her 15 years old daughter Abby Tyler.  Abby Tyler survived at that time but she lost her fight for life in hospital at the weekend as they closed their family's furniture and appliance shop near downtown Gaffney.

Cherokee County Sheriff Bill Blanton said that the plenty of evidence links the killings but it is not determined that how the victims are related. They were all found shot to death. Investigators believe the five killings in Cherokee County are linked, but no details of a motive have yet emerged. A lot of people are scared and they are keeping doors locked.
