A federal jury Monday rejected a Wall St. investment bank worker's claim he was violated by cops with a baton. But the panel agreed that the Bronx district attorney wrongfully prosecuted 40-year-old Ralph Johnson for resistsing arrest and awarded him $20,000. Cops in 2004 were called to Johnson's home when he and his ex-girlfriend got into a fight. He testified that he tossed the woman out when, furious that he had chatted up another woman at a nightclub, she started breaking windows in his flat. |
