Diversity Visa (DV) Lottery Green Card 2010 results

Diversity Visa (DV) 2010 results are available in the online on the American Government's official web site. The Status information for DV-2010 lottery is available online from July 1, 2009, until June 30, 2010. According to the U.S State Department people, who have participated in the DV 2010 lottery can check online to confirm whether they are selected for further processing or not. No e-mail, fax or telephone will be used to announce the DV 2010 results to the winners.

The actual DV-2010 visas will be issued between the period of October 1, 2009, and September 30, 2010. May and July 2009 results should be sent out to the lucky applicants with an official letter from the U.S. Department of State Kentucky Consular Center in Williamsburg, Kentucky. Winners selected from the USA can contact the USCIS office to change their status. The winners will be providing with information on the related migrant visa fees and how to proceed further with the processing.

If you didn't get selected within this period, you can apply for the next year green card lottery. Computers at the KCC centre will randomly select nearly 100,000 people to issue 50,000 immigrant visas. They have only one official website which will accept entries in a selected 60 days period. Applicants must obtain the diversity visa or adjust status by the end of the fiscal year.
