David Caruso and ex-girlfriend Liza Marquez Lawsuit

"CSI Miami" star David Caruso is being sued by ex-girlfriend Liza Marquez for impassioned distress, breach of settlement agreement and Fraud.

Liza Marquez and David Caruso met in 2004 on the"CSI" set and shortly began work together. He gave him a ring. They had two kids together, and in October, 2007, after the birth of the second child, David broke up with her.
