Da Sean Butler Injury Video 2010

West Virginia guard/forward Da'Sean Butler had to be helped off the court after injuring his left knee in a hard collision at Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday night. He was injured in 2010 NCAA Final Four semifinal match between West Virginia and Duke.

Da Sean Butler, the West Virginia Mountaineers' leading scorer, took a hard hit from Duke’s Brian Zoubek under the basket with 8:59 left ....

Butler tried a drive at the basket from the left side, planted and got off an awkward shot with about nine minutes left in Duke's 78-57 win over the Mountaineers. He came down from it holding his left knee and screaming. The game was halted and the senior swingman spent several minutes screaming, sobbing and writhing on the floor.
