The late-night comic hit a ratings milestone last week with its first win over NBC's Conan O'Brien.

Last week, Craig Ferguson had more viewers than Conan O'Brien on four of the five nights, as well as for the week overall with an average of 1.88 million viewers to 1.77 million Conan O'Brien.

"Conan" led in both categories in the same period last year with a 1.5 household rating of "Ferguson's" 1.3 rating and a 0.8 rating in adults 25-54, compared with a 0.7 rating for "Ferguson".
