One of the students of school shot the video of police officer’s action in his mobile and put it on YouTube. The squirrel with the size as small as police officer’s foot was found to moving quickly around outside of school. Though it did not injuring or troubling to any students, officer pepper sprayed a little on squirrel. In video, the screaming of students is heard clearly that they were requesting the cop to stop spraying on squirrel. But, Officer Davis continued to spray an animal until the mace was mist directly on its face.

However, the Mesquite Police Department has shielded this deed of officer by saying that the cop did that to protect the students. Sergeant Wes Talley told that the officer was flanked by students and an animal because he thought it could fanatic and pepper sprayed the squirrel only after many unsuccessful efforts to move it away from students. Talley also added that the squirrel was taken up by the Animal control officers after an incident; it was looked after by them and again put into the wild. Different people have different views for this act of an officer. What you think about this act?
