Christina Korbe, 40 and the wife of arrested Robert Korbe, was arraigned early Thursday on a homicide charge in the shooting death of Special Agent Sam Hicks.
Christina Korb 911 during the operation and said that his house was robbed and that he had shot a burglar. She was arrested while still on the phone with an emergency benefits.

It was translated overnight and will be held without binding in the Allegheny County Jail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 26 in line according to court documents.
Special Agent Hicks Saturday, 33, was with the FBI since March 2007. He leaves a wife and a three-year period, son. FBI Director Robert Mueller III, went to Pittsburgh today to meet privately with the Hicks family and colleagues. Read full story here.
