Chris Walton hasn't cut her nails for 18 years

Chris Walton, a budding singer from Las Vegas is known by her stage name ‘The Dutchess’ in U.S states Nevada and California. But nowadays she is in news due to her nails. Walton has not cut her nails since the past 18 years and she has been doing all the work on her fingernails. Chris Walton, 45 year old grandmother has the longest fingernails in the world. She has been awarded in the 2012 edition of Guinness Book of World Records for her amazing nails.

Walton has stopped cutting nails 18 years ago. Now, the length of her nails is reached nearly 20 feet. She has painted them a dazzling gold to rejoice. Even her weird nails curl in all directions, she cooks and cleans as well as play the piano and use a computer. But driving the car can be a little bit difficult. She has made her nails strong using acrylic on the outside and inside of the nails. This helps to balance the weight on each hand.

The measurement of Walton’s nails is total of 10 feet, 2 inches on her left hand and 9 feet, and 7 inches on her right hand. Walton has not any difficulty to live a normal life. Only one time she has lost her nail while was fixing her car engine on the freeway.
