From the month of May, Judith Ripka Jewelry, InStyle Magazine and an international not-for-profit charity, Dress for Success Worldwide have become partners. The cause is to help women who are disadvantaged to become financially independent through Shop for a Cause.

The CEO of Judith Ripka Companies Inc., Ronald Berk, states that it all begins with charity. He says that Judith Ripka herself sits on the boards of many charities and the company always donates a percentage of its profits to charity.
