Usually when someone has had breast implants it's ridiculously obvious, but in Lively's case I'm confused and totally on the fence. Yes its right news that Black Lively got Breast Implants Surgery.

The 21 year old Blake is a stunning beauty and her breasts don’t appear to be too large for her frame, which is often an obvious indication of breast increase. I think in the picture, it looks like she had moderated sized implants - not that there is anything wrong with that. She looks great.
