The Local police department of Birmingham is releasing the Birmingham police beating video. The video connected to this story you can see how the police are beating already what appears to be an unconscious driver.
Five Birmingham police officers have been dismissed for the January 2008 beating of a suspect already unconscious with fists, feet and Billy club, a ring batteries caught on video tape, before a policeman turned off the patrol car camera.
The incidents happen on 23 January, 2008 when the police officer asked to questions warren about drug activity. At that time Warren struck a Hoover police officer and then was thrown from his own car after he crashed.
The fleeing suspect's van reversed was seen by many Birmingham officers and as many as half a dozen supervisors in the past.
The 38 year old Anthony warren said the claim received by the city authorities on March 12. And he also suffered internal bleeding, broken bones, bruising, permanent injury and mental anguish.
The police department said Warren was ejected from the vehicle and knocked unconscious, and thought all of his injuries were sustained in the wreck.
But after the video showing Birmingham Police Chief A.C. Roper and Mayor Larry Langford announced the five officers in the video were dismissed Tuesday night. And there will be additional corrective action against supervisors who failed to report the incident to higher-ups.
The video shows Warren weaving during heavy traffic, cutting off motorists and crossing multiple lanes at speeds Langford. The beating on the video lasted 12 seconds before officers stepped back and the camera was turned off.
Police Chief A.C. Roper and Mayor Larry said the video was shameful and disgusting. Roper said the video shamed the police department and the citizens served by the department. He has not identified the officers because for of the worked in the vice departments vice and Narcotics Unit and the fifth was a North Precinct patrolman.

Officers like that give us "Good Officers" a bad name!! That's why we have police brutality..
