Billy Bob Thornton's Daughter Amanda Brumfield Arrested and Charged in 1 year old Baby Death

Billy Bob Thornton's oldest Daughter Amanda Brumfield has been arrested in Florida on charges of child avoids in the death of a 1-year-old baby. She was arrested on Friday 28th May, 2009. The Little girl was died on 3rd October 2008 at Florida hospital.

Brumfield was supposedly babysitting a 1-year-old in October when the child died after sustaining a head injury from falling from its playpen.

Brumfield told police the child fell and punch her head, but police says Amanda did not call for emergency medical help pending two-and-a-half hours after the original fall. When the paramedics arrived, they tried to do CPR on the child but were incapable to revitalize her.

An autopsy dogged the Child endured a cracked head and a subdural hematoma owing to dull trauma. The Medical Examiner's Office lined the way of death a killing. Brumfield said she was conflicting with the damaging found.

Amanda Brumfield was taken into custody on Friday.  Authorities in Ocoee, Florida, told Access that Brumfield was released on bond on Saturday.

Billy Bob Thornton's publicist, Arnold Robinson released a statement on behalf of the actor he has "had no contact with for rather some times.”
