The Nobel Prize for Chemistry of year 2008 was held on today (wednesday, 8th october 2008). This nobel prize chemistry 2008 is going to Osamu Shimomura, Martin Chalfie and Roger Y. Tsien for the discovery and development of the green fluorescent protein, GFP.
These three guys have shared the prize worth 1.5 million dollars.
We all know that the Nobel Prize to comply with the formula. It is seldom that could divide the price consecutive years.
