Segro sells stake in two shopping centers to British Land, exits retail

Segro has made a deal with British Land regarding half stake in tow of the shopping centers. It is suspected that Segro want to exit from the retail property market.

A property base company Segro has made a joint venture for its two shopping centers with the British Land which is also a property company based in London.

Segro has possession in two shopping centers like Surrey Quays of London and Clifton Moor in Yorkshire. Segro decided to sells half of their ownership to British Land Company.
