My vacuum cleaner lost its suction capability after a year of purchase and the blower does not work well either. The vacuum cleaner is handy to use but is made of very cheap quality plastic. I made a terrible mistake by buying this vacuum cleaner. The company promised me that the vacuum cleaner would work well and had a guarantee for 1 year. The vacuum cleaner is consuming more electricity than any other appliance in my house. It is very irritating that the company does not answer my phone calls. The consumer support is the worst. Please do not buy this vacuum cleaner. It is a very cheap quality product. The consumer reports and reviews in this site say the same.
