Indiabulls ends Life Insurance JV with Sogecap

Life Insurance JV between the Indiabulls and Sogecap has ended up, but the reason for the break-up of the deal is yet to disclose. Indiabulls may start the insurance business on its own or may bring other foreign partners.

The joint venture between the Indiabulls and Sogecap was agreed upon in April month before two years. The proportion ratio in this venture was highest on the Indiabulls side.
