Yes iceland go to bankrupt reported first by LALATE NEWS in october, now this month iceland is finally go over the edge. it is a bad news for business as it affect economy and us directly.but when contrary like iceland going to bankrupt it take notice.
This is a very shock news. The government of iceland has collapsed a country with 304000 people because of the financial crisis. last year october three major banks, Landsabanko, Kaupthing and Glitnir go to bankrupt. the Icelander currency is now fourth.
What happened to iceland ?

Due to the inflated methods used by the banker give too much money and as a result have a problem. present situation of Iceland is not similar the Stock Market Crash of 1929.as a result of iceland's lack of self preservation they had to nationalize three banks and declare them also bankrupt also.
Icelander's purchased land, fancy vehicles and business with foreign money because the Icelandic money has dropped 25% of its original value.

I believe iceland has in fact not gone bankrupt, the state has not defaulted on its depts (despite some banks might have gone belly up in iceland as well as in US). Perhaps bad journalism?
