Cap &Trade For The Eyes of Shawn Hannity, Bret Baher @fox news
My name is Donald R Garrett, PhD. Mech Eng.,Me. I have taught Mechanical Engineering subjects for 26 years. I am now retired from the University and work in solar installation. We are presently working on a $10 million dollar solar farm to be installed on ranch type property 30 miles east of Kingman, Arizona. I taught the Solar Engineering Course at the Northern Arizona University for many years. I was on the Governor of Arizona's advisory board, the SEAC (Solar Energy Advisory Council). I say all that to say this about Cap And Trade:
It will not work
By that statement I mean that by lowering the CO2 fraction of the atmosphere will have little or no effect on on future Global Warming. The reason that the CO2 fraction was chosen to save the world is because it can be related back to an industrial society, and what society is the most industrialized, the US. There are many Agendas in the air which are against the US, and most of these agendas can be hidden under the Cap and Trade choice of CO2 as the culprit in Global Warming. CO2 is not the global warming culprit, but its choice allows those who are running the Cap And Trade program to get the maximum control of a society, say, for example, the USA. In order to move toward a one-World-Government, it is necessary to have a world crisis that involves everyone. Global Warming certainly fits the bill and could easily move us toward a One World Government. We, in the US would lose most of our freedoms.
The real culprit in Global Warming is the melting of the great ice sheets and the melting of the glaciers, the melting of snow and ice. For example, the Northern Arctic Sea has until recently been covered with ice in the summer. But it is beginning to break up in the summer. Ice reflects 80% of the sunlight and energy back into outer space. When the ice is not there but ocean water is the exposed surface, reflectivity drops to 10% or, said in another way, the absorption of the sunlight and the sunlight energy goes to 90%. The ocean then warms up. Everything warms up a little. What is needed is simulated reflective fields simulating glaciers.
I believe the Obama team knows who the real culprit is, that it is the loss of reflectivity from ice and snow all over the world, and the consequent absorption of sunlight energy instead of the reflection of sunlight energy into deep space off the earth. For a little while, the Obama team were suggesting that the tops of buildings and houses should be painted white to better reflect the sunlight. But, they realized that they could not get the throat hold control of a Global Warming reflectivity program, like they could on a CO2 Global Warming Cause. Everyone and every thing drives a car or uses electricity and that relates back to CO2 production. That can be controlled. The US in such a case is the chief cause of Global Warming. But, if it is in fact the loss of reflectivity from ice and snow, that culprit is owned by the world. The native in Borneo is just as much to blame as the native in the USA. The USA cannot be blamed for the increase in Global Warming.
If in fact there is Global Warming we do not want to back ourselves into corner by saying there isn't Global warming. What we are concerned about is the loss of our freedom, our sovereignty, because of a world crisis that is blamed on the US. When we attack the real culprit, loss of ice and snow reflectivity, then the UN, the powers that be in the US that would put a stranglehold on our economy through the CO2 Cap and Trade bill, loose their power to accuse the Oil, and coal industry which is highly developed in the US. Such accusations, if sustained, could bring down our economy, our nation.
Cap And Trade will not stop Global Warming. It has to be reflective polished surfaces, white painted surfaces on anything that will receive the paint, that will receive the polished reflective surfaces. And this can be done by almost everyone in the world.
I have included as an attachment, a more detailed discussion of the argument I am making.
It is my hope that someone who can do something about Cap and Trade will read this article bring it to the attention of the people in the US, of the people in the world.
