This site has been set up by the Australian Government to provide individuals and families well again access to detail about recovery assistance following a disaster. In such cases, this site will have up to date public detail messages, related free call numbers, information on Australian Government Assistance Packages provided and links to other related websites and detail.

The Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment has been started to assist those who have been unfavorably exaggerated by the bushfires that began on 29 December 2009, in the areas of Dandaragan, Coorow, and Today in Western Australia.
