BTC Form 2010 BTC Uttar Pradesh 2010 Published By SCERT. Basic Training Certificate (BTC) is a teacher's training program for those who want to teach at primary schools. The curriculum of BTC is designed by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). It is a counseling body for the State and Central Governments which deals with teacher education and the country. There are several institutes that offer BTC in the UP.
