The world's most costly wedding was thrown by Lakshmi Mittal for his daughter Vanisha Mittal and her fiancée Amit Bhatia on June 22 2004. This issue of six days had 1,000 guests flown in the 12 jets from Boeing Charts. The wedding was held in the great Versailles in Beirut and featured 45 cooks, 10,000 flowers, a huge cake for wedding and all female guests were treated to luxurious bags of gifts.
